How to make a crepe?
For the crepes & filling
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Chocolate Spread(Nutella)
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
Powdered sugar
Recipe
First, In a bowl whisk together your flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and then add a pinch of salt until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in 1/4 cup of batter, swirling the pan to coat the bottom evenly.
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
Spread a thin layer of chocolate spread on the crepe, then add a few slices of strawberries.
Fold the crepe in half, then in half again to form a triangle.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
